2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please navigate to the Orders, click on Return product button and follow the process for obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of your original order invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Process:
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 2-7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preference by contacting our customer service team and obtain your RMA number.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
5. Store Credit:
If you prefer, you may opt to receive store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital voucher and can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Store credit does not expire and can be applied to multiple orders until the full balance is used.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Exceptions:
